This is my virtual wellness journal with all the tools I learn on living my highest vision. Diving deep, finding balance and having fun.

We, like plants and nature, are perfect specimens of light and beauty. Humans too are meant to flow in harmony like nature, but so many of our minds and modern day stressors are wreaking havoc on our light rays and knocking us out of balance.

There are soooo many factors that contribute to your overall wellness. Here’s the different types of wellnesses we focus on: spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectional, social, environmental and financial. There are plenty more and many in between, but good start.

Spiritual

Understanding and connecting with our true/higher self is vital to overall wellbeing. From meditation and journaling to south baths and sacred geometry and everything in between. What’s your highest vision?

 

 
 

Emotional

Emotional health has never been more important for the modern human. Where do our emotions come from and what are they telling us? How are we managing the stressors of the world?

 

 
 

Physical

Physical wellness has everything to do with body. We literally are what we eat, what are we feeding our body? Digestion is πŸ”‘. Nutrition, exercise, sleep and everything else to help keep our spaceship in tip-top shape.

 
 
 

Intellectual

Mind over matter. What are we feeding our brains? Neurons are wild and our brains are seriously so important.

 

 
 

social

Community, sisterhood, and social networks are key for lifelong wellness, as a support system when needed, positively keeping our brains active and filling our life with meaning through deeper connections.

LOVE YOUR MOTHER. This is a big one. How are we taking care of our space? Not just our home environment but the greater planet. What products are we using and how are we making this amazing planet a better place? We are all stewards of this land.

Financial wellness is more than paying your bills on time. Money is energy and a tool, depending on how you see it. It’s all a mindset. It’s about choices, self-check-ins and abundance every day.
