We, like plants and nature, are perfect specimens of light and beauty. Humans too are meant to flow in harmony like nature, but so many of our minds and modern day stressors are wreaking havoc on our light rays and knocking us out of balance.

There are soooo many factors that contribute to your overall wellness. Hereβs the different types of wellnesses we focus on: spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectional, social, environmental and financial. There are plenty more and many in between, but good start.
