There is magic in a California winter morning.

Tofu and I head out for walk around 6:45am. A dewy glow rises over the beautiful Hollywood Hills and a warm, orangey-pink light begins to peek through the trees. There is a calming stillness about and the air is perfectly crisp.

As we wind through the hills, we say hello to the bountiful citrus trees in full bloom- oranges, lemons, kumkwaits and grapefruits. The orange, yellow and pink fruits complement the peachy golden sunrise. Nature shares her winter abundance.

I love living in Southern California for magic like this. Grateful for earth and all of her beauty.
